As a diabetic, I certainly appreciate new and improved testing equipment, which is why I am writing to you today. I saw your offer on the internet and filled out the short form. A few days later a certificate for my new glucose meter arrived and it is a huge improvement from my previous meter. I was so impressed with the quality that I decided to order more supplies and I have not been disappointed. I think the thing I enjoy most is the fact that I don’t have to spend my valuable time waiting at down at the pharmacy. I wanted to send my gratitude and thanks to the people who run your service. Not only do I have diabetes, but I also have arthritis. (My grandson is typing this for me now). And while it is very nice to have my supplies come right to my house, I really want to tell you how much I am relieved to not to have to fill out any of the long insurance forms. By billing my Medicare direct it saves me a great deal of time and discomfort because it is hard for me to use a pen. Ok, so I’m impressed. And that’s not easy. Who thought you’d find a service on the web that actually did what it said it would do? I am a mother of four and a grandmother of 5, two of them are twins, who I baby sit for. So you can imagine that my time is pretty limited. So when I saw a chance to save time by having my insulin and meter sent straight to my house, I jumped at it. Now I don’t have to worry about running out to the drugstore, especially with the kids. I live in California and I travel quite a bit for work. Many times, it’s to the east coast. Invariably, I always seem to be rushing around, packing and planning up until the last minute. And of course, one of the things I always seem to leave to the last minute is packing my supplies. More often than not, I’ll be low on insulin or something else and have to squeeze in a trip to the drug store on my way to the airport (which is already a three-hour drive, so time is of the essence). Let me start off by saying I have only written two other letters to companies in my life. Both were complaints for service that I thought was sub-par. I won’t go into a particular, that’s water under the bridge. Point is, I don’t write many letters. In this case, I feel like the service and the product were both exceptional. After filling out the short online form, which was clean and easy to follow, I expected to wait 10 to 14 days for my coupon for my new meter. It arrived 8 days later and it was an excellent quality device. By my definition of value, this was outstanding. My wife and I don’t drive. We rely on public transportation to get where we’re going, which is quite good here in Philadelphia. We can usually get anywhere we’re going in the city. But it’s very nice to be able to have our supplies mailed to us at our home. The times I appreciate it the most is in the winter months.
